How We Support You

1. Screening participating dental providers
   Before featuring a participating dentist, we review available professional credentials, visit the facility when possible, and examine the practice’s public reputation, website, and social-media presence. We also encourage every patient to independently verify credentials and make an informed decision.

2. Arranging preliminary consultations
   For major procedures, we can help arrange a telephone or video consultation with the dental office. This gives you an opportunity to discuss your needs, ask questions, receive a preliminary assessment, and become more comfortable with the dentist before traveling. A final diagnosis and treatment plan require an examination by the dentist.

3. Supporting you throughout the process
   With your permission, we can follow your experience from the initial inquiry and appointment through treatment and post-service follow-up. Our goal is to ensure that your questions are addressed and that you never feel forgotten after making your decision.

4. Connecting you with a patient-care coordinator
   When offered by the participating dental office, we will connect you with a designated patient-care coordinator who can help explain appointments, treatment steps, payment expectations, and follow-up instructions.

5. Assisting with travel planning
   If you need transportation, lodging, or other travel assistance, we can help connect you with established service providers. All arrangements and costs will be clearly explained so you remain in control of every decision.

6. Helping travelers connect—with permission
   When appropriate, and only with everyone’s prior consent, we may help connect patients from the same area who are considering traveling to Nuevo Progreso. Traveling with a companion can make the experience more comfortable, enjoyable, and potentially more economical. Personal information is never shared without permission.

7. Arranging a welcome at the border
   When available, we can arrange for a representative from the dental office to greet you near the Mexican Port of Entry and guide you to the clinic. From the moment you cross, you will know where to go and whom to contact.
